All instruments built by Electronic Control Concepts (ECC) are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for one (1) year from the original date of shipment.

During the warranty period, ECC will, at our option, either repair or replace an instrument at no charge that proves to be defective, provided that you return the instrument (shipping, duty, brokerage, and taxes prepaid) to ECC. Any and all transportation charges incurred are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in this warranty.

Authorization for the return of an instrument to our factory must be obtained from ECC prior to shipping. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and does not cover damage from abuse, neglect, accident, misuse, or as the result of a service modification by anyone other than ECC.
